MMA Adult (Mixed Martial Arts)
Program for adults interested in competing in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitions, or just for the knowledge and experience of MMA Self Defense & Training.
Classes are broken down into three parts:
- Circuit training, which is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training.
- Striking Techniques, which utilize the principles of multiple forms of karate, muay thai, kick-boxing, and boxing.
- Ground Fighting, which utilizes the ground tactics of judo, jiu jitsu, and submission grappling fighting.
